Greetings and Salutations!
My name is Gabby, and I’m a 19 year old Detroit and Ann Arbor based photographer and writer.
I fell into photography at 16 years old as a way to cope with the boredom and stress I was experiencing while being treated for cancer. It has become a great love of mine, and my style is constantly evolving. I love to capture people in their true form–their faces, personalities, personal style, etc. I love to try new things and add to my aesthetic.
I’m currently a student at the School of Nursing at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. And as a nurse, I hope to one day be able to use my experiences to help better the lives of my patients. At school, I’m involved with the Michigan Daily and SHEI Magazine as a staff photographer. Both of these organizations have helped me to develop and expand my eye.
Writing has always been a secret scapegoat for me. I love to write about my personal experiences and create stories as well. I hope to always be able to keep both things with me throughout my life and career.
For any questions about shooting or even just about life, you can reach out to me through my instagram or through my contact page.
